I earned my certification at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I learned different approaches to help my clients discover their unique paths to having optimal health. My goal is to help people have the highest quality of life, for as long as possible.
My program revolves heavily around weight loss because so many health challenges take root in a malnourished body. According to the World Health Organization, "Malnutrition, in all its forms, includes undernutrition (wasting, stunting, underweight), inadequate vitamins or minerals, overweight, obesity, and resulting diet-related noncommunicable diseases...Diet-related noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) include cardiovascular diseases (such as heart attacks and stroke, and often linked with high blood pressure), certain cancers, and diabetes. Unhealthy diets and poor nutrition are among the top risk factors for these diseases globally."
I provide education and support, using tools and protocols that are individualized for each of my clients, some that had even given up on ever losing that extra weight or having the energy and stamina to run around the yard with their grandkids.

Since I was little, I've always loved to read and research, particularly anything health-related. And today, I'm still researching, pouring over the studies and participating in cutting-edge seminars and masterminds, to make sure I'm bringing it all to the table for my clients.
